— Arrival to Warsaw.
— All tour members meet with the tour guide and be transferred by coach to the city centre.
— This day enjoy Warsaw city tour taking in many well-known landmarks.
— Feel the culture of Poland at authentic Polish restaurants with national cuisine, beverages and folk music.
Representative of Polish Beef Association join the dinner and present information about Polish beef market.

Day 2 | Poznan (B/L/D)
07:00 — Breakfast at the hotel
08:00 — Check out of the hotel and transfer to National association of dairy cooperatives.
09:00 — Meeting with the representative of Polish Meat Association.
10:00 — Transfer to technical visit.
12:00 — Lunch on the way.
14:00 — Visit the biggest Polish farmers’ cooperative:
Beef farm: herd counts 4 500 heads, breeds — Simmental, Red Angus, Salers, Hereford, Limousine,
Charolaise.
17:00 — Transfer to Poznan.
18:00 — Check in the hotel.
19:00 — Dinner at the restaurant.
22:00 — Check in the hotel

Day 3 | Poznan (B/L/D )
07:00 — Breakfast at the hotel
08:30 — Discover Poznan in city tour.
Take a walk around the Old Town and see the 13th century town hall with the famous billy-goat clock. On the Market Square you will find the pillory that was used to punish people for minor offences. They were tied to it and publicly whipped.
12:00 — Visiting beef processing production facility in Klosowice, Western Poland. The facility, acquired from Italian food group Ferrarini, and increased production capacity in Poland to over 100,000 animals per year.
13:00 — Lunch at the restaurant.
14:00 — Following lunch transfer to another beef farm.
16:00 — Visiting beef farm. Total herd size is 90 heads of beef cattle. Crop production: grain, barley, maize, oilseed rape, sugar beet, fodder plants.
19:00 — Gala dinner at the restaurant.
