Crop Tour to Ukraine
Day 1 | Kyiv (//D)
— Arrival to Kyiv, Ukraine.
— All tour members meet with English speaking guide and be transferred by coach to the city centre. Transfer to hotel.
— Check in the hotel
— Meeting with President of Ukrainian Grain Association
— Dinner at the restaurant
Day 2 | Kyiv (B/L/D)
– Breakfast at the hotel
– Transfer to technical visit
– Visiting crop production farm. Main crops: corn, soybean, winter wheat, sunflower, malting barley, Cluster’s total land size – 11,000 ha, Elevators: storage capacity – 30 000 t, drying capacity: 1 500 t/daily.
– Transfer back to Kyiv
– Lunch at the restaurant
– Meeting with main commodity traders: Cargill, ADM, Louis Dreyfus
– Dinner at the restaurant
Day 3 | Mankivka (B/L/D)
– Breakfast at the hotel
– Check out and transfer to technical visits
– Visiting crop production farm. Farm has 3000 ha of land and involved into production of grain, corn, sunflower and rape seeds.
– Lunch at the farm
– Transfer to another technical visit
– Visiting grain elevator. Storage capacity is 86 400 tons. The type of elevator is linear. Storage type metal silos GSI (USA), CHIEF (USA). GSI and Mathews Company grain dryers are used, with a capacity of 120 tons/hour when removing 10% of corn moisture. Cleaning equipment – Rotomax separators (USA), BSH-300. Grain purification capacity is 400 tons/hour. The elevator has its own certified laboratory and controls the quality of the grain.

Day 4 | Odesa (B/L/D)
– Breakfast at the hotel
– Check out and transfer to Odesa
– Excursion to Odesa Sea Port – the largest Ukrainian seaport and one of the largest ports in the Black Sea basin, with a total annual traffic capacity of 40 million tones
– Lunch at the restaurant
– Odesa city tour. During the tour you will be not only taken to famous locations that all travellers visit, but also to places usually seen only by the people who live here! We can help you experience the real Odessa: a city with intimate courtyards, a romantic ambience and a Mediterranean spirit that evokes a feeling of peace and happiness with reminders of its past “golden age”. You visit such sightseeing as Potemkin stairs, Derebasovskaya Street, Frantsuzskiy boulevard, Odessa Opera House, monuments to Duk, Utesov, Utochkin, 12-th stool etc. You will be provided with an unforgettable and a wonderful time in Odessa so that you will fall in love with this city!

Day 5 | Mykolaiv (B/L/D)
– Breakfast at the hotel
– Transfer to Mykolaiv.
– Excursion to the largest terminal. It is also one of the deepest ports in Ukraine – the depth of the berths near the terminals is from 15 to 16 m. This ensures the maximum size of cargo lots and minimal freight costs.
– Lunch on the way
– Meeting with representative of one of the largest agricultural holdings in Ukraine.
– Transfer back to Odesa
– Dinner at the restaurant
Day 6 | Kyiv (B// )
– Breakfast at the hotel
– Check out and transfer to the airport
– Departure to Kyiv
– Departure to home
