09:00 — After breakfast visit group of companies founded on the basis of five farms, where the tradition of vegetable production goes back three generations. Vegetable production devoted 230 hectares. The largest space being used to manufacture 100 hectares of carrots, onions 55ha, 30ha iceberg lettuce, broccoli 30ha and sugar beet 15ha.
11:00 — Transfer to another vegetable farm.
12:00 — Lunch at the restaurant.
13:00 — After lunch, on the way to Poznan visit vegetable farm producing on 100ha of land carrots,
celery, parsley, onion, beetroot, broccoli, cabbage, leeks, and others.
15:00 — Continue trip to Poznan.
19:00 — Check in the hotel.

17:00 — After city tour we travel to the farm specialising in the cultivation and processing of asparagus since the early 90s. With this know-how the farm have been farming an area of approx. 400
hectares in Poland and producing homogeneous top-quality asparagus for the European market since 2007. Fields located near Olawa in Lower Silesia, approximately 30 km north -east of Wroclaw. The terrain in that region has the ideal nutritional make -up for the farming of asparagus. Thanks to the use of efficient and environmentally-sound irrigation methods the farm is able to maximise the potential of the plants and control the quality of the asparagus. They use the most up-to-date farming methods and this means that their trained pickers can harvest the asparagus from the beginning of April to the end of June.

08:00 — Check out of the hotel. Depart to the farm cultivating asparagus and onion.
09:00 — Visiting vegetable farm. Currently the farm cultivate asparagus on the total area of about 60 ha, and onion on about 70 ha. The farm is capable of producing about 300-360 tonnes of asparagus and more than 3000 tonnes of onion per annum. Company obtained Global G.A.P. (Eurepgap) certificate issued by TÜV Nord Group.
