08:30 - 10:00 π§β β Visit to cheese farm. The farm was established in 2020, and has an area of ββ6 ha. Milk processing capacity: 2500 l/month. The herd consists of 14 goats, 6 sheep and 3 cows, which graze on the meadows surrounding the house. The herd will be expanded, but only naturally. The products provided by the farm are: yoghurt, kefir, cottage cheese, feta, halloumi, acid-rennet cheeses, hard cheeses: gouda, mountain, emmental, blue cheeses.

10:45 - 12:15 π§β β Visit to second cheese farm. The farm was established in 2014, and has an area of ββ21 ha. Milk processing capacity: 3000 l/month. Cheese factory produces cheeses exclusively from milk produced on the farm: cottage cheese, acid-rennet cheeses, soft, semi-hard and hard rennet cheeses, which mature in an underground maturing room, without the use of polyacetate.
Other products produced on the farm include:
- whey bread baked in a wood-fired oven, ice cream made from goat milk and soap with goat milk.

The cheese factory specializes in the production of mature cheeses, which constitute 90% of the assortment. Only goat and sheep milk is processed. The farm consists of 25 goats and 12 sheep. CHEESE PRODUCTS: yoghurts, halloumi, feta, fresh cheeses, matured cheeses, spread cheeses, ice cream based on sheepβs milk.

The professionally equipped cheese factory now produces acid-rennet cheeses, fresh and maturing cheeses, as well as those from the beginning of the business - smoked, from cow's and goat's milk, purchased from local farmers. The Healthy Food Fair Straight from the Farmer has been organized on the farm for 5 years. Every third Sunday of the month, friendly, local producers of healthy food, cosmetics and handicrafts as well as conscious customers for whom the quality and origin of products are important.

All fresh products: cottage cheese, acid-rennet cheeses, fermented beverages are made from certified, organic milk from their own animals. There are 23 cows and 52 goats living on the farm and because there is not enough of it, milk from trusted, local farmers is used to produce ripening cheeses.

08:30 - 10:00 π§β β Visit to a cheese farm. The farm was established in 2019. Milk processing capacity: 1500 l/month. The cheeses are made from cow's milk, purchased from a friendly farmer. Due to the lack of a ripening room, for now, these are only fresh, rennet, acid-rennet cheeses. The cheese factory's assortment also includes fermented milk products (yoghurts, kefirs), halloumi, feta and ricotta cheeses, for which part of the whey left from production is used.
